Buffalo Chicken Crispy Rice Recipe
Let me say this again…Buffalo Chicken Crispy Rice! YUM! This was such a fun & different app to bring to your next football Sunday hangout!
Recipe below:
1. Cook Sushi rice per instructions
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees & in a bowl mix together shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese & ranch dressing. Bake in a dish for 15 minutes.
3. Add 1.5 tbsp of rice vinegar per 1 cup dried rice once the rice is cooked. Press rice firmly down into parchment paper in pan and let cool in fridge. This part is important. Cut into rectangles. Pan fry in oil for 5 minutes and flip.
4. Top rice with buffalo dip & a sliced jalapeno!
